How to Use:

Facial Oil 

1. Begin with cleansed, toned skin.

2. Apply 3–5 drops of oil into clean, slightly damp skin.

3. Massage gently until absorbed.

4. Allow 1–3 minutes before applying makeup or additional products.

5. Can be used morning and evening.

6. Add a few drops to a clay mask for extra hydration and soothing benefits.

Gua Sha

1. Apply a thin layer of facial oil to provide slip.

2. Hold the Gua Sha tool at a 15–30° angle.

3. Glide in upward and outward motions:

• From jawline toward ear

• From cheeks toward temples

• Under eyes with very light pressure

• From brows up the forehead

4. Repeat each stroke 3–5 times.

5. Use daily or a few times per week to support lymphatic drainage, reduce puffiness, and enhance clarity.
