Peppermint, rosemary, and eucalyptus essential oils can provide and energy boost and enhance mental clarity. Using these oils may help combat the lethargy and difficulty concentrating that can accompany SAD.

To use essential oils for SAD
Diffuse oils in your home especially i the morning to start your day with a positive atmosphere.
Use essential oil blends (available custom blended at The Body Bar) roll-on applied onto your pulse points and/or to the soles of your feet.
Use in a warm bath to aid in relaxation.
