You are What You Drink

Throughout the day, drink 8 glasses of water for hydration and skin plumping.

In the morning, drink a juice that is filled with green leafy vegetables. (May we suggest a kale smoothie?) You can also add a latte with soy milk to give you an energy boost.

In the afternoon, sip on 2 cups of that healthy, antioxidant-rich green tea.

In the evening, gulp a glass full of pomegranate juice. (Note: pomegranate juice has twice the amount of anti-oxidants compared to green tea)

And before bed, relax with a refreshing cucumber infused water which is not only hydrating but cucumber contains minerals that can be beneficial to the skin as well.

Remember, you are what you drink
