Mindfulness is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment and accepting it without judgment. Practicing mindfulness can help you identify and respond to how you’re feeling in a healthy, compassionate way.
One of our favorite mindfulness practices is journaling. Journaling simply means setting aside a quiet time to sit down and reflect on your life. Take a moment today to break out your journal and write down three things you are grateful for.
